How is Live Data Technologies data delivered?
Live Data Technologies data is delivered through the API, by file delivery to cloud storage, SFTP or Snowflake, in the Live Data app, or from an AI assistant through the Live Data MCP server.
Which route fits your team?
| Route | Usually chosen by |
|---|---|
| API | Teams building the data into their own product or pipeline |
| Files to AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage or SFTP | Data teams loading into a warehouse on a schedule |
| Snowflake | Teams already working in Snowflake |
| Live Data app | Analysts who want to look things up without writing code |
| AI assistant, through the Live Data MCP server | People who ask questions in Claude or Cursor |
Can I get arrivals and departures as a flat file instead of an API?
Yes. Live Data delivers to AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage, SFTP and Snowflake, so a data team can load job changes into its own warehouse without calling the API.
Can I get job change alerts by webhook or in a daily batch file?
Yes. You load the people or companies you care about, and Live Data reports changes by webhook or in a daily batch file.
Can people be rolled up to a parent company?
Yes. Company records link to their parent company, so you can count people across a whole parent company.
How current is it?
Records are re-checked on a continuous basis, with every profile re-verified on a 10 to 14 day cycle. The data is compiled from public information on the open web, collected since 2019.
What arrives?
Each person record lists their jobs, with employer, title, function and dates. The full field list is in the People Data Dictionary in our documentation.
