What fields does a people data API return?
Live Data Technologies returns a job history for each person. Each person record lists their jobs, with employer, title, function and dates. The full field list is in the People Data Dictionary in our documentation.
What does a job change look like in the data?
Live Data Technologies records job changes: who joined a company, who left, who was promoted and where people went next. A reworded headline or a small title tweak at the same company is an update, not a job change. The changes that matter are joins, exits and promotions.
Can I get company numbers instead of person records?
Yes. Company records link to their parent company, so you can count people across a whole parent company. See company numbers instead of a raw file.
How do the fields reach me?
Through the API, by file delivery to cloud storage, SFTP or Snowflake, in the Live Data app, or from an AI assistant through the Live Data MCP server.
